Needle and seat stuck hard after burnout, in a S/C red. Why? what's the solution?

You can try running it with the pump turned off, run it out of fuel. Turn it back on and see if it will flush out any debris. Otherwise take them out and clean or replace. A bad float will do it as well.

If their stuck open it can be the regulator not holding pressure. Are you runnng 7.5 or less fuel pressure.
