told me that they were never hurt they have cracks on the heads by the guides where the valves hit the pistons suppose to come with good valves find out why they didn't now the were all junk came with jesels that were suppose to be 1.8 but were 1.7 and some of those aren't no good either tells me his brother sold them out from under him while he was gone then I told him why did he bother shipping them to me then sounds like a bunch of BS to me won't email me back

Was this the guy with the Big Chiefs for cheap..the ones he said he did'nt know where they came from? Story changed to me and then they only had 50 runs..blah..blah ..blah... Photos were on the tailgate of a truck...

yes it was now I got the word yesterday that it would cost me $1400 to just weld up the heads he won't return my emails I sent him one last night about how much to fix the heads or send my money back and get his junk heads back still waiting on him

Hotmail accounts always concern me as the are somewhat anonymous. I know he called me and I found it strange that he said these were Alan Johnson Stage 1 heads....what??????
All I can offer you is to forward pictures he sent me, but as you have the heads first hand, I'm not sure if that helps you.
If its any help to you, my research has found that most Big Chiefs with time on them are running with cracks around the guide bosses.

Is there a way to post photos on this message board? I reread the ad for the Big Chiefs and had to chuckle. If you could see the photos of the actual heads, you 'd know right off this guy is a scammer. First off the ad reads 40 runs..told me he got them in a trade but could'nt remember where. This guy did'nt even know exactly what the heads were and went on to say they were Alan Johnson heads.. Photos are file photos and if you saw the actual crap, you'd understand why.
It's clear to me these were harvested off someone junk pile..how do own a set of high dollar heads and not know what they are???
