Holley Dominator 4500 help

Need help in locating part number 57 (Pump Lever Stud) for a Holley 4500 Dominator (1150 cfm). I sent it out to someone and UPS damaged it and now refusing to pay for damaging it. Anyone know of a good source to acquire the lever stud?

Here's a link to the pump arms at blp, I think you have to buy the complete arm assembly to get the stud though.
