Wow that's aweful. I know how ya feel. When I was 15 years old our air compressor exploded like a bomb. It blew the whole end of the garage wall out into the yard and knocked a hole in the ceiling and my father's head. He nearly died...that is a miserable feeling.
Best wishes to you and your family.

Our thoughts are with you and your family. I lost my Dad a few years back. Mine never cared for the racing but he was a mechanic, he taught me alot of what I know.
I cut my teeth on old farm equpment, so, I know all about potential accidents. When it comes to safety, you can't have good enough equipment.
Hope your Dad is well and home soon.

Sorry to hear about your dad, I'm glad he's alright.
Doesn't that make you feel lucky about everytime you were in a hurry and crawled under a jacked up car WITHOUT jack stands?
Dont lie we've all done it, but the older we get the wiser we get.
Goodluck, I hope he has a speedy recovery,

Alright just alittle update on how my dad is doing.... Well today he had surgery to fix his face and nose and is doing just fine as of now.... The doctors say he will have some hearing issues in his left ear which wont be anything different considering hes been racin for 40 years and is deaf anyways.... Also they said that he should be back home this coming saturday instead of monday which is very good news.... And let me tell ya hes still his spunky stuburn self lol today when I went in he asked the doctor if he could go to the racetrack with me sunday night   doctor said NO and that kinda pissed him off but he will get over it.... Again THANK YOU and god bless you too Tim North Jr.

glad he is on the road to recovery, keep track on blood thinner,
blood clots form and the older we are they can clot the brain or
the heart while in healing and our body is trying to push out the old
dead blood, godspeed
