I would say if it was Fine last season?And,now its Not???Well then you have some Issues with Junk in the Fuel System?Have you COMPLETELY pulled the WHOLE System apart and Cleaned everything?That would be where i would Start?
Then,how about the Pump,what condition is it in?
Lastly,maybe check you Throttle blades for adjustment?

I need the pump GPM, nozzle sizes, main bypass pill size, poppet pressures on main & secondary.
Is it a Hilborn or Enderle barrel valve?
