That video could get that cop in big trouble. Ok, disrespecting a police officer, but the guy was turned around and had his back to the cop when the cop beat him down with his night stick. That's aggravated assault in any law book. I'd be getting a lawer, fast!

If I were in a uniform... any kind, even a McDonalds uniform & that dude came up to me out of no where, I would have done my best to plant my 5 knuckles right on the side of his JAW for starters... what a FOOL.
