o2 Sensor Simulator / Bypass for Not Cat Applications

I have a 98 Trans Am with the LS1, long tube headers, not cats, and borla exhaust. The problem is after removing the cats I have no bottom end o2 sensors and have a rich burning car / check engine light on. Will o2 bypass sensors clear the code and fix the rich burning car? If so were can I get the bypass sensors?
