Read the whole forum before you write Fastrack off. We have tried to offer the best trailers for the price and we pride ourselves in our customer service. It is ashame that one person can make such a fuss over a trailer that he purchased, and he had to use this forum rather than discuss any of this with us. We have not heard from him since he thanked us for working with them and taking the time to install all of the things he purchased extra while they waited. :shock: We have tried repeatedly to call him today and offered to purchase the trailer and all the extras back from him, but he will not talk with us. So give us a chance, we have more satisfied customers than ones that are not.

I am un Happy with my experience with Fastrack & with my 30 ft Team Spirit Trailer. I think both are of very poor quality. I would not recommend them.

*I was never offered to have it bought back!!
*I was never asked if I wanted any $$$
*I Never asked for a refund or $$$
*The quality of the trailer is the worse I have ever seen on a new unitl.
*I bought it paid for it, fixed it & will use it.
*I simply posted it as a feed back.. NOT to bash them..I based it on my experience I had with them.
*I buy alot of cars, trucks, motorcycles, boats, and trailers..this was by far the worst experience I have had.
*May be they have nicer trailers, May be if I was one of the RJ people I wouldn't of gotten this treatment, but I did. So, may be next time they will treat people better & have a better quality trailer.
*I still say THUMBS DOWN, but hey..it's your $$$ go ahead & take a chance....good luck to you!

alot of this in multipal places, I can not show pictures of all the rust on the bottom of the trailer because I have sanded it down & under coated it. also these pictures do not show how the trailer pulls, & the brake problems in has.

Heck if there offering to buy it back at full cost with all you done.i would be on the road today.it souds like there trying to make it right.just go get your money back and go on down the road to the next trailer.BUT THIS TIME CHECK IT OUT BEFORE YOU BUY!!!!NOT AFTER YOU GET HOME AND THEN SAY oooooooooop's. i messed up.should have looked closer at the dealer ..well thats a no brainer..

You can say all you want on the internet, but when it comes down to it you sold me a VERY POOR QUALITY TRAILER, THAT IS GETTING WORSE BY EACH USE! For what I time, $, repairs, upgrades in it already to it would cost $11k to get a $7500 trailer back....

LMAO thats the "retard feature" he is looking for a job fixin trailers, you know frame off restorations on new trailers :P :P You know the "hi-end stuff , Lookin to make a quick buck of someone :P
