Has anyone ever gotten their stuff the 1st time from Summit

I have made 4 orders from Summit Racing and had to send stuff back each time. This last time was for an oil pan for a 350. Think that would not be hard--Well I am on the phone with them right now for the 2nd time and I have all ready sent one pan back. I recevied a new one today and it does not fit. I must not be very patient as this is the only thing holding me up from starting my motor that we have built. ... Anyway, sorry for venting. Just wanted to know if I am the only one. :evil: :evil: :evil:

I have had very good luck with them, but when I ordered my weld draglites and got lug nuts, they sent me closed ends many times, finally got that cleared up

I ordered a set of Convo Pros and they came in fine except there was no holes for the valve stems! Sent them back and they got it right the second time.

Im normally a JEGster, never have any problems with them yet.

i have had pretty good luck with their parts being right but it seems like everytime i would order something from them it would always be on backorder and i would have to wait for weeks, so 90% of the time,i just order from jegs and i have never had any problems with them

Nope have ordered wheelie bar brackets [4 times] collector extensions [2 times] past year nothing right first time. :!:

No problems here. Then again, I drive past the Akron retail shop every day so going in and looking before buying helps.

I have not had any issue's with their service or items.
Usually I can order on Monday and recieve by wednesday... :)

But Ill usually call them if my questions are not answered from the info on their website before i order.

i thought i knew what i wanted but the guy at summit saved me
from having to return a product and all went well, i try and spread
the love by giving all my business, jegs, doug herbert, summit,
but i have realy enjoyed doing business with competition products,
they give you good service, and want to know how you are doing :?

I use them often. They only sent the wrong part one time. They overnighted the right part, and told me to just keep the wrong one they sent originally. They went above and beyond to correct the situation, so they have my respect and my business.

I bought a dominator carb from summit and it had summit bucks of 50 dollars so I thought I would get some other parts with my summit bucks when my carb came NO summit bucks I called they told me they would follow never saw them I called again the person told me IF I had the catlog to give him the number on the back and he would give it to me ...well how many books do you get from summit and always throw the older one out ...can't find the old one I LOOSE SCREW SUMS IT WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING AGAIN FROM THOSE %#^@!HOLES jegs is my speed supplier..................

great customer service! i bought a product from them and it came to me different than what was shown in there picture. they sent to me free of charge the upgraded part. i will always reccomend them.

Well after 5 yes I said 5 oil pans I got the right one but they sent the wrong gasket set I give up went down to napa and got the right gasket and the crome pan is on and looks good I dont think I will do any more wiht sumit :cry: :cry: :cry:
