Which spark plug

Okay I'm new to the forum part of RJ but have a quick ?
I just got a 80 malibu with a 482 rollerBBC in it.13-1 compression,720 solid roller and 990 heads proted and polished and intake port matched.
What NGK plug would be best in this combo running sunoco 112 on just motor?
