If it is internaly balanced you use the balancer for internal balance and the flywheel for internal balance.Do not use the external balance flywheel or balancer if it is internally balanced.Hope this helps.

When it was balanced it should have been done with the balancer and flywheel. Internally balanced, you won't want to use the external 400 stuff.

Why not call the shop and ask?
$190 would be an average price for conventional balancing. You would have to have just the right crank w heavy counter weights and a super light piston and rod assembly to not have heavy metal ($$)involved.

Internal balanced sbc is just like a 350 as far as balancer and flywheel.
