I have the shift improver kit installed on a fairly new th350.Not very happy with it.Only get a nice bump from 2nd gear to 3rd.Thanks Charles on your imput.Just trying to get more opinions.

The B&M Transpack gives you a lot more options than a simple shift improver kit. If it is a street only car, you don't need it. I did do a Olds Starfire (like a Monza) once with a V6 and a Transpack full race version. It would squalk the tire on EVERY shift. Not what I would recommend, but possible.
