these were a couple of 135- 140mph 1/8 mile GRUDGE cars...

he was not seriously injured or killed..or i would not have posted it....just a big dose of reality of the dark side of this sport....

I saw pretty much the same thing the last time I went to the track. There were a couple of teenage guys running some FAST 10.5 outlaw cars, A 3rd gen camaro with a large Eagle motor with a few kits, and an injected Hemi Dodge Daytona. The front fender blew off the Dodge and he lost it on the big end. He was OK. WILD!
