HELP NEEDED SAFETY EQIUIPMENT CERTIFICATION EXPIRATION DATES

Hi everybody, can anybody point me in the right direction for the rules on whether safety equipment is still good I know that the certification lasts a while but not sure how long. :?:

Ie harnesses suits helmets etc , does my stuff have to be in date to run street drags,

Ifs its just a street car that runs 11.99 and slower the only thing that needs to be up to date is the Helmet, and I think snell 00 is what you'll need.

SNELL 2005 is the latest and greatest, dont waste your $$$ on anythng else as far as a helmet goes.Snell 2000 will run out in a year or 2 then you will need another helmet, so get a Snell 2005. I know their are some on here selling snell 2000's at a discount, dont waste your $$$$ on them :wink: .
