I THINK WE SHOULD GET TOGETHER AND START A SITE FOR PEOPLE WHO JUST LIKE TO TRADE AND PUT RACINGJUNK OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!

David, rest assured that this is all VOLUNTARY work. On the dealer thing, here in Virginia, if you sell more than 5 motor vehicles (I think, it's either 5 or 6) per year then you must have a dealer license. So RJ is not out of line. And NO I'm not getting paid to say this.

how many users that are members sell or trade more than 5 to 10 cars per year? i know that you can't watch them all but i was on this site daily for a year and traded sometimes 3 to 4 times a week with gentlemen that own body shops to ones like david. trading is trading no matter how many or who it is with.
i believethe main issue is that it is not stated anywere on junk(when we signed up) that we couldn't trade as we pleased. that has caused alot of issues in the past. why don't RJ go back and redo the contract and cleary state the the number that should not be exceeded as a user. this is just my thoughts and a way to stop alot of feature issues.
until someone fixes the problem we will always have these issues, and i will have to decide with davids case. i still do alot of trading but i was remove for the same reason months ago.

Because if it was not for Racing Junk creating an avenue for me I would not have been able to .I pay my membership yearly That entitles me to more ads & more pics + A few other extras that A non member would get .I pay an honor payment when I trade becaues its the Honest thing to do I made honor payments to Racing Junk even before they had A member rating .

Ive Been on this site for A very long time My Member # is 1099 There are very few active members that have been on R/J as long as I have .Yes I have sold cars and parts on here I have also traded more cars than I have sold But I still made an honor payment even for the cars I traded .
Because if it was not for Racing Junk creating an avenue for me I would not have been able to .I pay my membership yearly That entitles me to more ads & more pics + A few other extras that A non member would get .I pay an honor payment when I trade becaues its the Honest thing to do I made honor payments to Racing Junk even before they had A member rating .

To tell you the truth,if you'd have posted one car on each add,with the membership you had you prolly wouldn't be in here,I know its work to rotate the vehicles every day but you might have pulled it off,like you did so many times until you got greedy and posted 15 to 20 cars on ONE add like you did.

Yes! I keep my vehicles for 12+ years. I use them, drive them, work with them, show them, and lastly I race them. As for the end result of my daily drivers, I trade them in toward my new vehicle. I do not have the time (unfortunetly) to be a trader/seller. Jus' my $.02

I have worked for a Large KY dealer for years as a buyer and wholesaler.
And just recently gave it up and i still do some work for them time to time .
But being in the business i never Looked at what the laws was as far as individuals go i guess all of us old KY boy's have broken the law along the way i think they should have told us about that You think

So i say just become a dealer on rj keep up with your friends and sell or trade your cars . not really that big of deal is it heck where else can you meet all these good people BS and do some trading .
