Good question, maybe one of the engine builders will step up on this one. Moroso is an option, but they have as many problems as Melling. I think Titan, but they are not for budget minded.

I'm thinking of using the milodon 18750 or the melling billet,unless I could find the OLD melling sbc pump from someone.

Use the 10552C with the right bolt on pickup by Melling M Select. These pumps are redesigned and with the bolt on pick up they work great for about $100
