I donate all my used parts to the local young guys just starting out on the hobby.
We all know how hard it is to get a good start in this when we were young.
this will keep our hobby alive and keep the kids off import rice etc.
plus karma has a way of a good pay off for helping someone in need.

Thats cool, I was given stuff when I was younger, and have given alot away. I always help others with their cars but I always end up getting shafted. No biggie, cuz it makes having the car done alone a little more special. But it is great to know that there are still some car guys out there like there was when I was a kid.

Please, anything to keep them away from them rice burners! Thats such great idea. Only wish I had something to donate. I'm kinda charity case myself.
Those little import lowriders with their one big exhaust pipe can be so annoying. I guess I shouldnt be so judgemental casue I know its just another form of hotrodding but to me its just not the same.
I can remember my first hotrod a original 260 V8 63 falcon futura.
I couldnt wait to save up enough money so I could get that 4 barrel Edelbrock intake, Holley 650 double pumper carb, Comp 268 high energy cam and of course headers. I had some purple horney header muffs that were loud as $hit and it would drive the wife and neighbors crazy. The rush I got from driving that thing around town and stop light racing anybody who dared me was what hotrodding was all about.

God bless you! That's a fantastic way of "recruiting" the younger generation to see the right....uuhhh....I mean light....you know what I mean. Get `em to go "right wheel drive".

Hey Justin welcome to the zoo.

You will like it here and I for one am glad to see young people still into muscle cars and not all rice heads.

I see you have good taste in cars, and the guys here have enough knowledge to write a series of books.

Have fun with that 64 and post some pics in show off so we can see your progress on it. 8) 8) 8)

I got a kid 18 here in a wheelchair with his dad building a 68 camaro for him.
he is getting the 383 outta my camaro once its pulled.
well if you hate the ricers then introduce the kids to real muscle cars .
offer a ride to deserving kids and their parents .
after all you dont want the summer nats to be all rice do ya?
