have 64 street bodied dodge,caged,done TF,4.88 dana spool,31x14w hoosiers,slider SS springs,Mopars engines west,472 hemi,comp .690 lift roller,3900 lb with me, went 11.47 @119 maiden pass,1.54 60,where am i wrong?

That's a lot of weight to push (3900lbs.)
Assuming the heads flow good you may have to look into the cam department, maybe a shorter duration and short split, maybe 108/110 for more torque.
