hi to all you fello racer i placed an order with ron owen racing him the man himself to buy sbf parts i cant believe how he bent over back wards to get me my parts and to send them to australia and next thing i know he emails me the next day and say there on the way and here is you fedex paper work and it will be there in 7 days

In the last few months I've finished up my 434SBC. When I carried the bottom end to have it balanced the original crank I was going to use couldn't be internally balanced. I called Ron Owens at 2pm on a Tuesday and and had a crank the next day by 4pm! Took the crank to the machine shop and had it balanced and thought I was good to go.

THEN, when I went to put the thing together come to find out that every rod and main journal was tapered .001 or more to the center. Well, I called Ron and told him what I had found and he contacted Eagle. They told him that if it had been balanced that it was mine! Well, a couple of days later Ron calls me and said that Eagle was going to issue a call tag and have UPS pick the crank up. And not only that, but they were going to hand pick another crank, balance it for my stuff and ship it to me free of charge. So the only thing I was out of was about a weeks worth of time.

BEST DAMN CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER SEEN, EVER!

Since that time I've bought a bunch of stuff from Ron and all of it was at or below Summit and Jeg's price! He will even tell you when he can't beat Summit or Jeg's prices on stuff. Can't beat that with a stick!

Yup, Just an all around good guy to deal with. He ain't happy if you ain't happy!
