Buyer Beware Ad#930293 from TMW Racing

Buyer beware !! The car that is being advertised as 3 times out, it is really 4 1/2 yrs. old. I had it built from scratch at Braskett Race Cars in Ohio,and traded TMW rolling chassic for there 57 rolling chassic. They still owe me 4605.00 dollars which I seem to not be able to collect.If you need any info on car you can reach me at 614-216-3560 They was truthful about the body ,tubs and wing all they did was change the body I dont think that qualifies car for new!!! By the way maybe they'll pay up if you buy it YEAH RIGHT.I ran with the Supercharged Thunder with the car with the other body on it it can be seen on the Bars leak web site under my name. Well that kind of stuff will end up with a major law suit, I can prove who, where ,and when the car was built.So be very careful Clyde you won't like the out come. After loosing a daughter in a car accident you definately dont want to start that kind of crap you owe me 4605.00 you and your shop foreman are dishonest period. There has'nt been any emails or threatenig phone calls I just stated the facts.Besides that you would'nt answer any phone calls.If you would have paid what you agreed to I would not have posted this.

When we done the trade there were four people in the shop me, you, your foreman and your dad. I also see he is backing off the 3 times at track deal on his ad now it's three times at track since updated. Just keep on spinning it how you want people will see who the liar and dishonest people are.

sir, i hate to say that you are wrong about what has been done to the car. I know for a fact that the whole back (from driver seat to rear) has been cut completely out and redone with new carbon fiber interior, shocks, rear end, wheel tubs, body and the whole front clip has been cut off and replaced also with new struts, brakes, rack and pinion and many other misc things have been done. after knowing that, i would say that the car would be pretty much new. just stating facts!

honestly i would not care if someone called it new or not because it is no longer my car and they can call it or do whatever to it that they want to. as far as the trading issue goes, i agree with you woodsman that he shouldn't have done the deal and left and then waited around 9 months to start saying things about the whole deal when in fact it all boils down to that the deal is done and just move on.
