Very close to my combo but I have a little bit more cam and it's in a 2700# S10 pick-up. I just bought one of Holleys new 750 cfm Steet HP's. Awesome little carb, very responsive. Being a double pumper yours might suffer a bit with the extra weight. Depends on how tight your converter is also. What are you using now? Steve.

That engine would require about 900 CFM Carburator

I would think a nicely worked 800 would do the trick

Very close to my engine before last update. If setup properly should be about a 7.50 to 7.80 car in the 1/8. I agree with everyone else, 750 to 850. However I think a double pump is fine if you no how to adjust the pump cams, nozzles and jet it properly. :)
