400 build up still need help

Hey guys, I need a liitle help on my build up. I have a gm 400 sb that is bored .040,decked .015,cnc clearanced for 3.875,Eagle billet splayed main caps and Moroso filler up to the 2nd freeze plug (this a 2 plug block), what type of horse power can i get as a 422 high compression, 23 degree for drag racing and nat aspirated. also what heads and cam do i need. thanks i am a rookie but not for long LOL sorry filler is upto the bottom of the front freeze plug (motor mount) thanks. i have pics but are to large to put on here, can email if needed.

the freeze plug towards the front is slightly higher then the back one, was one gallon of block filler or 3 inches from top of deck to filler. thanks guys
