So now it's my turn to get back to the track.

Falcon is all back together, running good (even got the choke adjusted, nyuk nyuk nyuk).

Taking the day off Wednesday and taking the car up to Pacific Raceways for test & tune.

Here's a couple of recent shots.

Wesley -

Just guesses and best estimates at this point. Weight probably around 2900, hp under 500 at flywheel.

Why do you ask?

Murff your car looks good and i thought it may be light I just wanted to run some numbers on it. Thanks for the info. I am just guessing I think you will do a 10.50 at 128 or 6.64 at 102 let us know when you get back so i can see how far off I was.

You can't imagine how tickled I would be to hit the 10's with this car. 10.60 has been my goal since I started so I can run D/Gas in the nostalgias.

We had in out once in April before I found a bunch of stuff wrong with the engine. Only got two passes with a best of 12.30 @ 106 with a 1.61 60'. I'm optimistic that I've fixed and tuned a second out of it, don't know about getting two out of it.

But I'm a hopin'!

Thanks.

Just got the car put away nut thought I'd post up before sleepy time.

3 passes, best of 11.81 @ 112.

Fuel system was uber rich, left all my pills at home (DOH!) so it was run what I brung.

Didn't break nuthin' and as Wes pointed out it's all gonna be in the tune now.

I had a great time.

Murff that was a very good improvement over your last outing a .49 decrease is a vast improvement and there's more where that came from. I know that it feels good to break the 12's but I think if you stay at it and don't get lost in your tune you will break the 11's. Do like both Ed's have said in post do a little at a time and keep notes so you can go back to where you last changed something. And Brian had a good one make a list and check it twice before you go to the track to make sure everything is with you in/on the trailer. Well it looks like you are well on your way and we will be waiting for your next time slips.
