on the 8896 dominator idling problem, I found the throttle

the primary throttle blade is almost all the way closed. It is completely below the idle transfer slots. I cant open the idle or it will idle too high. What do i do now???

just for hell of it check to see if you have a secondary idle screw if so shut it and open front . i did that on a car a while back and it worked . was idleing real high because secondary was open too far ..
