How do you find your first car

I was wondering like a lot of guys I'm sure. What's the best way to find your first car. Is there a web site or some place you can search? I'm sure sombody out there has tried to do this. I have the vin number of one of the cars. My 67 gold camaro is an exact replica of my first car. It would be cool to find the real one.

I dont know of any website out there to do that but I'm sure there is a way to cross reference the number with the states dmv, you might have to go state to state if your not what state its in now, but I'm sure where theres a will theres a way.
As for me I'm gonna let my 68 vw rest in peace where ever it maybe.
