Posted add but it hasn’t gone “live”

Posted 2 adds yesterday. One has 300 + views and the other doesn’t. Also, when I click the one with the 300 + views it goes directly to that listing. When I click the one with 0 views it goes to a generic menu. Lastly, when I look at the add with the 300 + views, you can see the thumbnail of my other listing, but when you click it it goes to that genetic menu screen.

Sounds like you may have started making the ad but never finished it. Go to your "manage ads" page, can you see it there? If not look at the header on that same page, do you see anything in the "unfinished ads" section?

Thanks for the quick response. It’s definitey under active and I have nothing under draft. I have actually posted 2 more of the same car under a new account and still no luck. Not sure what could be going on.
