Called Paypal -- Said they "already know about this guy," but I had to handle the chargeback through my CC company. Thankfully that was quick and painless.
Hindsight is 20/20, but I guess the internets is less safe that the paddock. Let my guard down. 16 year member of Paypal and buying all kinds of stuff online and this is the first time I got hosed.
