Raised exhaust port - Dart Pro 1

My current set up is tall deck BBC with old Dart heads (stock port location).

If I go with a standard deck (9.8) and run the Pro 1 heads with .300 raised exhaust port, will my headers stay in the same place? They are a very tight fit now and I know someone out there has done this.
