I responded to this ad for a LS3 pull out (Ad #182572963).

Paid for the item using PayPal and they never delivered the engine. Missed their delivery dates and refused to send me any info on a shipper, tracking number, etc. I have now escalated the claim with PayPal in an attempt to get my money back. He is supposedly a broker that sells parted out cars. Do not do business with him. The phone number he uses is 289-799-7302 and he claims his name is Shaun Samson. He claims his brokers name is David Smith (the one who posted the ad?).

Did you file a claim with paypal??

Yes - filed claim with Paypal and they notified the seller and asked for a response. No response to Paypal after a few days. Apparently they wait 10 days for a response before they start the refund process. I did more online investigating today and found out that the photo he used for the ad was lifted from an ebay ad a few weeks ago. Moderators here have already banned him from the site.
