RACINGJUNK.COM & AED PERFORMANCE

1. Eligibility: RacingJunk.com & AED Performance 2014 Truck Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia over the age of 18 with a valid driver’s license as of the date of entry, access to the Internet, and a valid email account. All employees of Internet Brands, Inc. (“Sponsor”), all employees of AED Performance (“Sweepstakes Partner”), all associated agencies and their respective affiliates, licensees or agents (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”), and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses) and those living in the same household of each (whether related or not), are ineligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Entry in the Sweepstakes constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

2. Sweepstakes Period: Unless specified otherwise, the Sweepstakes entry period begins December 12, 2013 and ends on September 30, 2014 at 11:59 p.m. (EST) (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Winner will be selected from entries properly submitted and timely received during the Sweepstakes Period.

3. Sweepstakes Entry: You may enter the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period by using an APPROVED method of entry. The APPROVED method(s) of entry include:

(a) Online Entry. Visit RacingJunk.com and accurately complete and submit an online entry form using the on-screen instruction provided. Online entries must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. (EST) on September 30, 2014. Limit one (1) entry per person or email address. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email account. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder will be deemed to be the participant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email account. The potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

(b) Standard Mail Entry. As an alternative and unless specified otherwise, you may enter by mailing a standard-size postcard with your name, address, phone number and email address to: RacingJunk.com, Attn: RacingJunk.com & AED Performance 2014 Truck Giveaway, 106 Main Street, North Adams, MA 01247. Postcard entries must be received by September 15, 2014 to be included in the random drawing, and no more than one (1) postcard may be submitted.

(c) Event Entry. As an alternative and unless specified otherwise, you may enter by accurately filling out and submitting a Sweepstakes entry form provided by Sponsor at one (1) of the following events: Performance Racing Industry Trade Show 2013; 2014 Hot Rod Power Tour. Sponsor may delete, modify, or add to the list of events at any time in its sole discretion.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Sweepstakes allows for either: one (1) Online Entry, one (1) Standard Mail Entry, OR one (1) Event Entry. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Incomplete entries are void. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt. Multiple entries and mechanically reproduced copies are void.

4. Selection of Sweepstakes Winners/Odds: There will be one (1) Grand Prize winner, two (2) Second Place Prize winners, and three (3) Third Place Prize winners. The winners will be selected at random, on or within five (5) business days after the specified end date of the Sweepstakes Period. Winners will be notified via phone and/or e-mail, within five (5) business days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Winners will be announced on the RacingJunk.com website. In the event that a winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, award the applicable prize to an alternate winner. Any return of prize notification or prize email as undeliverable will result in forfeiture of any prize and an alternate winner may, at Sponsor's discretion, be selected. Decisions of the Sponsor on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes are final. Sponsor reserves the right not to award a prize(s) in the event that an insufficient number of eligible entries, as determined by the Sponsor, in their sole discretion. Odds of winning the Sweepstakes will depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

(a) Grand Prize. The Grand Prize winner will be awarded: (i) one (1) Chevrolet Silverado ½ Ton Crew Cab 4WD 5.3L V8 Truck with an approximate retail value of Fifty Thousand Dollars (ARV $50,000) and (ii) a trip to the 2014 SEMA Show in Las Vegas, Nevada, including two (2) coach class airfare tickets to Las Vegas, Nevada from the international airport closest to winner (if necessary), one (1) double occupancy room at a deluxe hotel for three (3) nights, and two (2) admission tickets to the 2014 SEMA Show, with an approximate retail value of One Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Dollars (ARV $1,250). Vehicle color and other specifics to be selected by Sponsor and no additional options are included. Truck value may vary depending on factors including mileage, equipment, and accessories. Prior to awarding the truck to the Grand Prize winner, the truck may be driven to the Performance Racing Industry Trade Show 2013, the 2014 Hot Rod Power Tour, the 2014 SEMA Show, and other promotional events at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor will deliver the truck to the Grand Prize winner’s home address following the 2014 SEMA Show. As such, the vehicle may have approximately 10,000 miles on it at the time of delivery to Grand Prize winner. Upon delivery, Sponsor will no longer be responsible for, and Grand Prize winner will be solely responsible for, truck-related obligations including title/transfer, license, registration, insurance, gasoline, vehicle maintenance, all federal state and local taxes, and other fees and expenses associated with the vehicle. Grand Prize winner must provide proof of a current valid U.S. driver’s license at or prior to the time of delivery, as requested by Sponsor. The vehicle may be reported as income to winner and winner will be issued a Federal Form 1099. The year, make, model, or color of any vehicle displayed or pictured in promotional materials may not be the actual vehicle awarded. All travel arrangements and accommodations are subject to availability and restrictions and must be completed at the specified times or the respective prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Flights and hotel reservations are based on availability and cannot be changed after booking. Once travel and details are confirmed, the departure date cannot be changed or recipient will forfeit the trip. Airline transportation may be provided by one or more airline carriers as selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Airline tickets do not qualify for frequent flier miles. Travel upgrades may be purchased by winner at winner’s option and sole expense. Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for: (i) all travel, living and other expenses not specified or not approved by Sponsor in the final trip plan; (ii) any travel insurance; and (iii) ground transportation, transfers, surcharges, gratuities, and other expenses and/or services not specified or approved by Sponsor in the final trip plan. No extensions will be granted. Other travel restriction and black-out dates may apply. All departure taxes are additional and must be paid by Grand Prize winner prior to departure. Circle trips, open jaw or stopovers not allowed. Sponsor is not responsible for delays, cancellations, schedule changes, accidents, or personal injury, including death, which may occur, related to the winner’s acceptance and usage of trip. Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for all necessary travel related authorizations and other medical-related requirements and documentation.

(b) Second Place Prize. The two (2) Second Place Prize winners will each receive a product prize with an approximate retail value of at least One Thousand Dollars (ARV $1,000), to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

(c) Third Place Prize. The three (3) Third Place Prize winners will each receive a product prize with an approximate retail value of at least Five Hundred Dollars (ARV $500), to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

The prizes will not be replaced if lost or stolen, are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize, or a portion of any advertised prize, is unavailable for any reason. The reporting and payment of any tax liabilities (federal, state and local) incurred by the winners as a result of the Sweepstakes are the sole responsibility of the winners.

PRIZES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY BY SPONSOR OF ANY KIND. SPONSOR DOES NOT MAKE, NOR IN ANY MANNER IS RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR, ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, RELATIVE TO THE PRIZES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILTY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, USAGE OF TRADE, COURSE OF DEALINGS, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, QUALITY, OR MECHANICAL CONDITION. ANY AND ALL GUARANTEES AND WARRANTIES FOR ANY MERCHANDISE PRIZE ARE SUBJECT TO THE MANUFACTURER'S TERMS AND CONDITIONS, AND THE WINNERS AGREE TO LOOK SOLELY TO SUCH MANUFACTURER FOR ANY SUCH WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE CLAIM.

6. Publicity: As a condition of entry into the Sweepstakes, except where prohibited by law, each entrant and winner, by accepting a prize, grants to Sponsor (and its affiliates, legal representatives, assigns and licensees), all right, title and interest in to publicize, broadcast, display and/or otherwise use the Sweepstakes entrant’s name, city, state, and biographical material (collectively, “Licensed Rights”) in any media for advertising and publicity purposes, without additional review, compensation, permission or approval of the winner. The winners may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability and Publicity Release within five (5) business days of attempted notification or the winner(s) may be disqualified and an alternate winner(s) selected. All entrants will automatically be added to Sponsor’s third-party list.

7. General Rules: By entering or participating in the Sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information or technical failures of any kind, (b) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; or (c) any other computer, network, technical, human or other error, problem or malfunction that may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, or the selection or notification of winners. Further, if, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for reasons outside the control of the Sponsor which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes (or portion thereof), Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes (or portion thereof). Sponsor also reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify the entry of any individual found to be (i) tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or any website operated by the Sweepstakes Entities; (ii) using any robotic, macro, automatic, programmed or like entry methods, which will void all such entries; (iii) violating these Official Rules or the terms of service, conditions of use, and/or general rules of any Sponsor property or service; or (iv) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for claims, injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the awarding, delivery, acceptance, use, misuse, possession, loss or misdirection of the prizes; participation in the Sweepstakes or in any activity related thereto or from any interaction with, or downloading of, computer Sweepstakes information. The personal information collected through the Sweepstakes is subject to RacingJunk.com’s Privacy Policy. By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to the use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Participants’ Obligations: By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor. By accepting the prize(s), the winner(s) agree to release and hold Sweepstakes Entities and their agents and affiliates harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, actions and liabilities of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes or receipt or redemption of the prize(s). The winner(s) assume all liability for any injury, death, or damage caused, or allegedly caused, by participating in the Sweepstakes or use or redemption of the prize(s). Any disputes that may arise hereunder shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of California without regard to the conflicts of laws principles of any jurisdiction. Venue with respect to any such disputes shall be had in the state and federal courts of the State of California.

9. Winners’ List: For a list of the Sweepstakes winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: RacingJunk.com, Attn: RacingJunk.com & AED Performance 2014 Truck Giveaway Winners’ List, 106 Main Street, North Adams, MA 01247. Requests for the winners’ list must be received within thirty (30) days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
