Engine was a lightly used (backup) CT604 that was fully rebuilt. Block was stripped, magnufluxed, bored, line honed, decked, and fully balanced with new internals. Has GMPP forged crank, powdered metal rods, and new .020 mahle pistons. Has a Lunati Voodoo hydraulic roller cam - with new lifters and springs, heads were ported, polished, and assembled by CFM performance - they were milled down to 61cc, given a 7 angle valve job and new valves. Heads have 1.6 billet roller rockers. CFM also ported and port matched the intake manifold, then was sent to Wilson for MPFI conversion - it has Wilson fuel rails and 46lbs trick flow injectors. It has a Wilson tapered throttle body spacer and Wilson billet throttle body. Engine has all accessories included on a March Serpentine setup - i stripped the powder coat off the March kit and had it bright dip anodized. Accessories consist of Howe steering TC ported steering pump with their pulley and brackets, high flow water pump (which I had painted with high gloss 2 stage automotive paint), polished sanden AC compressor, DC power INC billet alternator, FAST distributor, Holley injector harness (built and installed), includes Holley ECM harness but needs to be made up, Tri-Y headers custom made by Stan’s and port matched with Cerakote, summit mini starter with heat shield, custom billet fab valve covers that were polished and anodized, Meziere billet water neck.
No expense was spared in this build - RBK built the short block and then I assembled the rest after all customization. The engine was fired up 2x with a carb after the short block was assembled, but not used since all top end work and EFI conversion. You will need a Holley HP or Dominator ECM, but really nothing else. Compression is about 10.6:1, 0 deck clearance, quench around .040. Should produce 500hp or better.
