I have been using this car for HPDE. It's a perfect car to learn on. It's perfectly balanced and well planted to the track. I'm ready to move up and want to buy a Lotus, if I can sell this. The car is turn key - ready to rock. Needs nothing at all.
I have a HPDE event scheuled in May at VIR. If you want to buy it, that would be a good time to come check it out.
Also the car has a NC title, so you could put it back on the street if you really wanted to, but it is, as of now, a fully prepped race car and not intended to be your daily commuter.
