1980 Pontiac Grand Prix. Car has a 472 cu in. 1970 high nickle content 455 block. Ohio stoker crankshaft, BBC Eagle H-beam rods, studded 4-bolt main caps and a Butler Performance lifter bore brace. Ultradyne .626 lift, .288 duration at .050 solid roller cam. Added 1.65: Hardland sharp roller rockers. #16 factory D-port heads with Ram Air IV intake and exhaust porting. Performer RPM intake fulley ported with 2" carb spacer. Ceramic coated 4-tube 1-5/8" headers and dual 3" Flowmaster mufflers that exit in front of the rear tires. Carb is 850 Holley. 140 gal/hr Mallory electric fuel pump and filter. 1/2" aluminum feed line with 3/8" return. Ford 9" rear end with 4:11 gears and a mini-spool. Rear end is a ladder bar set-up. Car has a 6-point cage and full factory black bucket seat interior. Currently has plastic racing buckets, but I have the factory buckets stored. Car has a fiberglass front bumper and a fiberglass hood from VFN. It is currently tagged and insured. In hot August Florida weather car runs 7.0 @ 98 mph in the 1/8th with poor track conditions. Bolt on a pair of Edelbrock heads to un-cork it and a 1050 Holley and this will run a 6.5 class all day long. I have owned and modified this car over the last 27 years. Asking $12,200.00 obo.
