I bought this car in 2011 out of Yonkers, New York from original owner builder with very low passes. Was a vanity promo car born in the late 90’s on a Garlits jig in New jersey at Nostalgia Motors and was a legal Jr. Fuel car . MS chassis under current 7.50 certs with belts expiring in June 2021. I changed it to a reliable bracket car driving it to the lanes and back to the pits. I have never had any help at the track- - one man show. Once primed with gasoline in the morning, car starts all day. The tune has not been changed in 7 seasons- runs around 8.90-9.20’s depending on weather. The car is consistent 8.80’s but i run a lot of light prep , no prep and had to slow things a bit but for me it was about going rounds . The car has run all over North Eastern Ohio with Thompson being home track, multiple invites to Power Piston Show and some cackling at local cruise ins, it is a people magnet. Large cage—20.75 width, I am 6ft. 195 lbs and you can look at the picture and see there is plenty of room for a taller driver -almost anyone will fit—can be as mild or wild as one desires based on launch and shift rpm, currently have about 45lbs in the nose to control the wheelie. Block has water but no cooling system but does have one the car came with , radiator, fans and pump hidden under body if to be switched to gas but car does not go above 200 degrees and can be hot lapped with turn arounds in the pits at 5 minutes, have gone as many as 8 rounds in an evening between time and eliminations. Trophies and slips to prove it all. 350 ci. Dart SHP block, Manley crank, Oliver rods, System 1 oil filter, air shift, 5lb fire system, yellow optima battery—160 passes on the all new short block- 2017, World heads, Hilborn injection, Abruzzi powerglide, Abruzzi spragless converter . Short block done in Dayton,Ohio by Bruce Parsons, heads by Gellner Engineering and alcohol set up help by Paul Kisler and Mike Chilando. Motor built to spin 10k but chipped at 8k. Waterman pump just flowed by Paul Kistler and near perfect. Slicks have 70 passes on them. The Hot Wheels stickers come right off with Goo Gone. Would be happy to take to track and demonstrate for serious buyer. Could also do a 24 ft. trailer for right deal.
