This is a 100% purpose built, professionally built race car with few if any street car pieces left. The chassis started life as a 2002 Z06. The car was turned into a race car in 2010 and after 8 seasons of racing, a complete frame-off rebuild was performed by F.A.S.T Auto Racing of Maspeth, NY in 2018. Nearly every piece of the car was replaced for the build. The car has been highly competitive and reliable. Car finished in 2nd place in the Northeast region in 2018 & 2019. It was specifically built to run NASA ST-2. The car is presently set up for a 250lb driver carrying 31lbs of ballast. Dry weight should be somewhere around 3125 lbs.
The car has all sponsor graphics removed and some minor fiberglass and paint work has been completed. This is professional build with the best of everything and unbeliveable attention to detail. It’s fast and reliable and has been maintained by a professional race team with post race inspection and maintenance after each event. The car needs nothing and is ready to go racing tomorrow.
