Engine Replaced with George Dean K6 GSXR 1000
Rebuilt by Precision Power Racing Engines- My personal engine (CJ)
6 Hours of use with 10k redline since new valves, springs, and injectors
HOT Compression each cyl (210, 218, 205, 218) – Questionable gage.
HOT Leakdown 4%- Good test, gage and confirmed.
New iridium plugs
New Stohr Composite Wing Mounts (Rear)
Replaced ECU (old one had a broken connection.
Replaced rectifier (old one questionable)
Took out sprocket studs, cleaned and re-locktight.
Wiring cleaned up and tested. Replaced connectors in question. New wrapping front to rear.
New K&N Air Filter and replaced intake clamps with NOS clamps.
All new Silicone water hoses, Clamps, Cap, and associated hardware.
All new thermostat. (you can run without one but never have)
All new Fire retardant material around hoses and fittings
All new Stainless Aeroquip oil lines, K&N Oil filter, and fittings
Replaced oil cooler for good measure. (Used but pressure tested and certified- Setrab)
Cleaned out the radiators extensively (inside and out for debris)
New honeycomb radiator protectors (oil and water coolers)
All fresh fluids (oil, brake, clutch fluid, etc)
Checked and Re-lubed CV joints
Brand new in line fuel filter
Welded Exhaust Mount and added new springs/clamp for retention.
Checked Diff bolts & Lubed Diff
New chain and Link – Fresh lube
New AfterBurner Rain Light
New Schroth Belts
Limited used spares but adds to the package
