Powered b a 306 cubic inch Small Block Ford. Short block was built by D.S.S., Has Canfield 20-475-54-1 Cylinder Heads, a GT40 Tubular intake manifold, and a Vortech V-1 SC Supercharger (non-intercooled kit). Backed by a TKO 600 built by Promotion Performance Products (have a long invoice of modifications to this transmission) Lakewood bellhousing, Billet Steel Flywheel, 10.5" blueprinted clutch from Promotion as well.
Car runs on 93 pump gas, was daily driven for about a year, then driven on weekends for another 2 years or so. The build has accumulated about 12,000 miles on it. With the TKO600 overdrive it cruises well, but with 475whp and only weighing about 3000lbs it scoots around town. Fun to drive, reliable, and other than a few rough spots in the paint and some scratches, it looks nice for its age. Needs a new hood (car has a fiberglass hood held on with dzus fasteners and has faded in the Houston sun) Car was considered totaled after the flooding that hit Houston in September of 2017. Water rose roughly 1/2" above the bottom of the door, just high enough to get the carpet wet (I have a picture of the car when the water crested). I bought the car back from insurance and have since shipped it back home to NC, where I had the carpet and front seats replaced. There are no signs of other damage or corrosion and the car still runs and drives great.
