This 2015 Off-Road Armoury Eurofighter is a four-wheel-drive buggy that was campaigned in European Ultra4 competition in 2016 and 2017. It also participated in the Goodwood Festival of Speed those same years, as well as at MotoFest Coventry in 2017. The truck was imported to the US in 2019 by the selling dealer with the intention of running it in King of the Hammers. Power is provided by a 4.3-liter DOHC Toyota V8, which is paired with a four-speed automatic transmission, LT230 transfer case, and custom solid axles with ARB air lockers. Additional equipment includes long-travel suspension, steering brakes, beadlock wheels, a high-speed competition winch, 32-gallon fuel cell, seating for two, a rally navigation computer, and more as outlined below. The front axle was recently rebuilt by the selling dealer, who also performed an oil and filter change. This racing buggy is now offered on a bill of sale in Oregon with EPA importation documentation.The tubular chassis is partially covered by removable orange panels carrying the name of MatBad 4×4, the team which previously campaigned the truck in European racing series. Off-road lighting is installed front and rear, and a set of removable fenders is included. The Kingone TDS 9.5 winch has a 9,500-pound capacity and is fitted with a synthetic rope. All five of the 17″ beadlock wheels wear 37″ Maxxis Trepador tires from 2016.Custom-built solid axles utilize Nissan Patrol housings, and ARB air-locking differentials are fitted front and rear. The axles are both located with four links, and long-travel King coilover assemblies with remote reservoirs are mounted all around. The seller reports that the King long-travel shocks were recently re-sealed and pressure checked. Nissan Patrol brakes feature vented, drilled, and slotted rotors. The truck is also equipped with Wilwood master cylinders, and steering brakes are controlled by hand levers in the cabin.The 4.3-liter 3UZFE V8 has been been modified for competition and reportedly produces more than 400 horsepower. The truck is equipped with a waterproof and shockproof Spitronics engine management system. The engine is coupled to an A340 four-speed automatic transmission with a RADesign shifter, and power is sent to all four wheels via an LT230 transfer case and Bailey Morris wide-angle prop shaft.The truck also features a 32-gallon JAZ Products fuel cell, Bosch pumps and filters, a desert racing air filtration system, and an Odyssey battery. An oil and filter change was recently performed.The truck is equipped with power steering, and the front axle was recently rebuilt by the selling dealer with Longfield 300M universal joints, as well as new bearings, seals, front tie rods, and rod ends.
