1970 opel gt drag car with 28 foot enclosed trailer. Powered by a big block chevy rehr morrison crate engine with brodix aluminum heads that puts out 748 horse power on the dyno. Runs on race gas. The engine was recently gone through and had the crank, cam and rockers replaced. The cam is a solid roller with the 4-7 firing order swap. It has a electric water pump and cooling fan and is fed by dual electric fuel pumps from a fuel cell. The ignition is a crank trigger with a msd 7al3 ignition box with 3 built in rev limiters. Other electronics include a delay box and throttle stop. It runs a single 1050 holley dominator carburetor. The transmission is a powerglide with a trans brake and a 5500 rpm stall converter. The trans is shifted automatically by a air shifter run off of a co2 bottle. The rear axle is a ford 9 inch with a strange center section a spool mark williams axles and 4.56 gears. It runs 32 by 14.5 good year slicks.It has a 4 link rear suspension with coil over shocks. It also runs coil over shocks in the front. The chassis is all chromoly tube with a chromoly roll cage. It has 4 wheel disc brakes with a line lock and is also stopped by a diest parachute. The body is steel with lexan windows. The front end and hood are fiberglass and lift off. There are dual batteries located in the back
This is absolutely not a street car! It was built to run super gas and is capable of runing in the mid 8's.
