Re-posting my 1988 Stock Eliminator Mustang. A little history behind the car. The car was purchased from Drake Viscome in North Carolina back in March 2018. I purchased the car as a backup while my Bracket Car was down due to a mechanical issue. I was able to repair my Bracket Car prior to the start of race season so I decided to sell the Mustang. The car was sold to someone in April of 2018, however the buyer had personal issues and was not able to pick the car up after holding it for 5 months. With that being said the car is back up for sale.
The last time the car was at the track was in North Carolina, November of 2017. The car has not been raced since due to the previous pending sale.
The car was originally built by Bret Velde of Velde Ford in Florida. Bret sold the car to Dave Lindsey in Tennessee who drove the car for several years before selling it to Drake Viscome in early 2000. Viscome had the car for approximately 15 years. The car has been run in NHRA and CCRA competition.

L/M/N Stock Automatic Runs EZ .65 to .70 under the index with room to go faster. Currently have a new cam build that should go .90 to 1.00 under index.
