" That leads to the final point I want to make: We can see evidence for the validity of salvation in our desire to conduct ourselves in a way that pleases YAHWEH. According to 1 John 3:9, “Whoever has been born of YAHWEH does not sin, for His seed remains in him; and he cannot sin, because he has been born of YAHWEH.” If we’re not careful, we might interpret this verse to teach that anyone who is born of YAHWEH never sins. That would conflict with other passages in the Bible that describe us as fallible and often failing. In 1 John 3:9, the word for sin is a present active infinitive and it describes a continuous action. John is not saying that whoever sins once is not born of YAHWEH. That would disqualify all of us. It would certainly disqualify me. But John is saying, in effect, “Whoever keeps on willfully sinning, violating YAHWEH’s law with stubborn disregard and ongoing wickedness, cannot have assurance of salvation.” If we are truly saved, we will grieve over our sins, confess them, and seek YAHWEH’s grace to do better. His grace is inexhaustible and His salvation is irreversible. Make sure you have confessed YAHSHUA as your Savior, and then trust Him with your eternal future. He will never leave you or forsake you. His Word was given that you might know YAHSHUA as your Savior and that you might know that you have eternal life. You can have assurance of salvation today."

About Me -

Member for: 10 years, 10 months

1967 Began as a copper colored 289 - 4 speed. A mid Illinois racecar at dragstrips like Whitehall, Springfield, Beardstown and Havanna. The Mustang now has a 466 Cu in Shortblock, 429 SCJ heads. C-6 Auto with reverse valve body. 4 link, Ford 9" spool with 5.88 gears. Car had been gutted for racing. Floor pans had been cut away for the frame rail connectors and backhalved. I removed the Aluminum floor pans and racing seats and installed new floor pans and stock seats and carpeting. Car was totally rewired and now autometer gauges fill the dash. Ebay helped me get alot of the missing stock parts, such as wipers and dash switches. Summit and Year One were my choice for parts. Headers and Motormounts to put the 466 in the right place came from Crites Restoration. The new 20 gallon fuel cell replaced a 5 gallon cell. New Mickey Thompson SR Radials all around and Cragar SS 15x6 in the Front and 15X14 Cragar/weld SS bring up the rear. The 67 has an all metal body except the fiberglass hood and appears to have been a racecars since it was new. Absolutely no rust and is Totally street legal. When I bought it the owner claimed it had only a few thousand miles. Mustangs are my passion. I like the looks of a lowered, tubbed mustang fastback. I like Gasser style and big blocks.
