Just changed my ad on the 8218H Tilt I have listed on RJ. It's a cash deal for a tilt trailer with an upgraded GVWR to 9600 lb, 42" Air Dam and spare tire. It's a great price. Give me a call for the details. Jack

Bought my Nova in November 2001. It was a Texas car I found about 15 miles from my house. It had been brought to NW Illinois in 1996 & garaged until I bought it. At the time I had a 1972 Rally Nova that I had put a 454 into. The Rally was rusty so I bought this car, removed the big block & sold the rolling chassis. Put the big block in this car with a TH400 & a 12 bolt & drove it a couple years to "get the bugs out".
Then the whole car came apart. Every nut & bolt was removed & the body was media blasted to clean metal. The only rust in the whole car was in the driver floor pan where the rubber mat had a hole in it allowing water through. I replaced the floor pan, fixed a couple dings & a friend of mine painted the car with DuPont Chromabase basecoat/clearcoat. The color is 1975 Rolls Royce Ocean Blue Effect. It is close to Glacier Blue but has more iridescent & metal flake in it.
The 454 was made into a 496 with a stroker kit, has a Comp Cams Extreme Energy cam, Merlin cast iron heads & is topped off with an Edelbrock Performer RPM intake & Holley 850 double pumper. Dyno'd at 513 HP & 573 ft. lbs. of torque.
The 12 bolt was rebuilt by me & has 3.73 gears. For traction I added some Competion Engineering frame connectors & Slide-a-Links. Wheels are Centerline Telstars with BFG tires & I have a pair of 15x8 Telstars with Mickey Thompson drag radials mounted for its first trip down the track. That probably won't happen til next year though.
Interior was redone in black deluxe vinyl & just recently I added Rally Nova striping on the car. I will try to get more pictures posted ASAP.
