"Blessed to Be a Blessing Not returning evil for evil or reviling for reviling, but on the contrary blessing, knowing that you were called to this, that you may inherit a blessing. 1 Peter 3:9 Francis Crick, James Watson, and Maurice Wilkins were awarded the 1962 Nobel Prize for Physiology or Medicine for their research into the nature of the genetic code -- that information contained in human cells that is passed from generation to generation. We receive genetic information from our parents and pass it on to our children, a living chain that ties the human race together from beginning to end. Scientists now know that human genes can be affected by environmental and lifestyle choices. It behooves us, therefore, to be good stewards of what we receive for the benefit of succeeding generations. And the same is true of spiritual blessings we inherit. That is, we have been blessed to be a blessing. Not only have we been called, as children of God, to inherit a blessing; we have been sent out into the world in order to be a blessing to others as well. The grace of God in us is for our giving as well as for our keeping -- a never-ending supply of blessing for the world. As God has been a blessing to you, ask Him to show you someone to whom you may be a blessing today. Come, Thou Fount of every blessing, tune my heart to sing Thy grace."

About Me -

Member for: 6 years, 7 months, 15 days

Born and raised in northern New Mexico, started drag racing in 1976 but hated towing so far. Got into mud bogging mainly because of the number of events within 70 miles, about 10 to 15 a year on average. I hate washing trucks but refuse to drive a rail, a bunch of tubes with a motor in it just seems to lack identity. currently building a 2007 Tacoma Chris Alston Pro Stock chassis with an IFS front end Chevy powered of course. Avid hunter, fisherman, snowmobiler and obviously fanatic motorhead pictures of my 69 Camaro and 94 TT Supra coming soon. BITE is a 2003 Tacoma with a 540 Chevy and a Powerglide mated directly to a 208 NP Ford 9 inch in the rear and 82 Toyota straight axle in the front. Mainly run New Mexico and Colorado. Would like to see more of a standardized rules system in place cause right now they're all over the place and every time you travel you don't know what to expect. Still love the sport in spite of all the hassles. Like to talk tech and bowhunting. GO BRONCOS!
