"LUCK....NOPE!! The origin of the word Luck is lucifer!! Etymology of “luck” Whether the etymology of luck can be directly traced to Lucifer or not, the concept of “luck” presupposes a random universe rather than one in which Yah moves in the affairs of those who seek His help. If I have Yah, I do not need luck. If I need luck, I do not respect Yah’s power to help me. From a biblical perspective, luck is directly tied to Lucifer as a way of relating to the world without Yahuah. I never use the word. To me, while it is used with the best of intentions, it is a form of blasphemy, particularly when used by the believer in Yahusha, whose hope and trust should be solely in Him. I know it is is done mostly out of habit and without mal-intent, but believers really ought to know better. There is BLESSING and CURSING, not luck. I prefer Yah's favour over luck ANY day! Amani Yah (I Believe in Yah)"

About Me -

Member for: 8 years, 7 months, 11 days

Thanks for checking out my profile! I'm Byron, and absolutely love drag racing, building high hp engines, (prefer Pontiacs, but have built them all). I've been involved in developing cylinder heads, building engines, and crewing for some awesome teams such as the Orange Crush 70 Chevy stepside powered by the first to break into the 9's duramax diesel.(9.84@139mph, Sept. 2007 at Gateway)
Quickest car I've driven went 7.28 @ 193 mph, it was a NHRA Pro Stock Ford Probe in the very early 90's.
Currently building a 69 Firebird for a 2000+ hp pure Pontiac V8 twin turbo combo.
