These Girdles fit STOCK Small Block Chevy Heads. These are made from one of the finest quality 2024 T3511 Extruded aluminum bar stock and machined to precise blueprint specifications and anodized to resist corrosion. A stud girdle is used to minimize flexing in the studs which in turn helps insure more accurate cam timing and ultimately helps the engine make more usable horsepower. The extrusion process allows the optimum flow of aluminum grain for superior wear resistance. The girdles come complete with black oxide, hardened steel locking nuts either 3/8" or 7/16"...your choice.
These stud girdles are designed to fit stock or aftermarket heads that utilize the stock stud locations.
