Description:

The Psi 206-D is the first blower to power blown alcohol cars to over 270 mph in 5.2 seconds elapsed time. In fact, everywhere a PSI turns up it makes an unforgettable impression, setting and breaking records in Blown Alcohol Funny Car, Alcohol Dragster, Blown Gas Hydro, Blown Alcohol Hydro, Australian Pro Mod, and Bonneville. The 206-D is the first supercharger to be S.F.I. certified assuring you get safety, performance and durability unavailable to racers - until now.

 

The PSI 206-D is a positive-displacement screw compression supercharger. It is belt driven, and has instant throttle response. The unique feature of a screw supercharger is its internal compression. Its rotors compress the air as they turn, delivering cool, pressurized air to the intake manifold. Besides its phenomenal air delivery (60+ pounds of boost), it weighs about 40 pounds less than its closest competition. It has magnesium housing and billet aluminum rotors.
