Thanks, Ken. It's in a section of an old cannery built before WWll. NO heat, NO way to keep it in if there were a heat source, NO way to keep it cool, but it's DRY(most of it anyway) LOTS of space, 7k sf, and it's CHEAP.$500 month.
The Visquine covered structure is my powder coating booth, with my wood working area behind it. Off to the right, unseen, is my steel fab area, sandblasting area, and my enclosed office.
AHHHH....it's good to be home......and single again 8) 8)

even sounds good!!! i have 2 shops here at the house. both pretty big but then they are both full and now way 2 small.lol. hell brother i have 17 ingines and 11 of them sittin all lined up takin up a whole bay area.trying to get a building set up to store them in.glad your happy agian DD. life is so short not to try to be happy.lot of people go thru their whole life not happy and never fiqure out why. so glad you did.me. for the first time in all my 57 yrs i finally know whats been eating at me most of my life.and i find this out at the end.!!

Yeah, it's been REALLY hard to justify moving into a nicer, warmer, cooler, MORE EXPENSIVE building !
