A Samurai or Toyota with a 4 cylinder and 33's and you'll probably never break 'em.
A full size truck with 44 boggers with a 600+hp hill climbing you're gonna break both front and back often.
Need a lot more info to be able to answer your question.

WHAT ARE YOU DOING WITH THE TRUCK?
ARE YOU MUD RACING?
ARE YOU HILL CLIMBING?
ARE YOU HILL N HOLE RACING?
ARE YOU FAST TRACK (TOP GROUND AS SOME CALL IT) RACING?
ARE YOU JUST BUILDING A TRUCK FOR RIDING AROUND TOWN?
If you ride up and down the highway, you will never have a problem.
HELP ME HELP YOU! LOL

600hp is pretty stout for a driver, but you should be fine with the 14 bolt with no more than you plan to do.
I ran 42's and 44's on my 1/2 ton stuff for years and would break a front axle every now and then. (And I've always been pretty hard on 4x4's  )
I switched to a dana 70 rear and dana 60 front and it added a bunch of weight to my truck. Not to mention had to get different wheels too.
