Several possibilities. Most likely a NewProcess/Venture. There should be a round metal disc bolted to the back of it with all the info.....

ok i have one out of a 2003 1500 but the wireing isnt the same is there anyway i can make it work?

What's different? The connectors or ? If memory serves, the only connectors are the encoder (shift motor), a switch on top that locks in the front axle, a syncro clutch connector at the rear, and a front & rear speed sensor. Could you swap those components to the newer t/c and plug in your existing wiring? I think they all unbolt or screw out except for the syncro clutch. You might have to change the connector on that.

the one out of the 2000 has like 5 plugs on it i think and the 2003 only has three
