Just change up some internals to make it a 383
actually 382.6 with a 3.75 stroke 400 crank

Sam it would be a 355 with all 350 stuff.

Small block chevy 350 4 bolt main block bored .030 over making it a 383 block. email for more pics and casting number. asking $250 or best offer. Must be picked up.
No, Sam is right. The guy is advertising a 350 block as a 383 because it's been bored 0.030 over.

Ok, the glass is half empty.
it's just a block. Could it not be either?
It has been a long time since I purchased any small block stuff but 250 seems like a decent price but, that too is just my opinion. 8)

Mark,
Ask him if the distributor is in front or in back. The only 383 'BLOCK' I know of is a bbMopar.

I have a 350 bored .040 over, and thought that was a 355.

IT'S just a block so what is the confusion? the crank that's used will determine the ci. :?:
